Technology theme mining of integrated circuit manufacturing industry chain based on patents

Excavate and compare the technical themes of IC manufacturing industry chain domestic foreign patents, so as to objectively comprehensively reveal differences in foreign, hoping provide valuable reference for manufacturing. Based on integrated circuit process, established patent retrieval formula each process retrieved data. Through TF-IDF algorithm LDA model mine topics patents basis self-built thesaurus stop-words list, summarized mining results. analysis results, it is found that have similarities differences, upper concept strong, but are more detailed patents.
